Visits to SILC
SILC welcomes visits by delegations from home and abroad to provide opportunities for partnership building.
Visits from abroad are coordinated by SILC International Office, who also provides assistance to faculties interested in hosting visits for teaching and research collaboration.
The duration of a visit can vary from half day, full day and week-long. The visit program can be tailored to suit visitors’ interests and needs.

Transportation
SILC is located at Jiading campus. The address is No.20 Chengzhong Road, Jiading District, Shanghai 201899, China. The closest metro station is West Jiading Station on metro Line 11.
From Pudong International Airport to SHU Jiangding Campus (SILC)
A.By metro (2 hours and 30 minutes) |
Take Metro Line 2 to Jiangsu Road Station (towards East Xujing Station), transfer to the Metro Line 11 to North Jiading Station (towards North Jiading Station), then take taxi to arrive at the north gate of Jiading Campus (No. 453 Tacheng Road)or south gate (No.20 Chengzhong Road). It is about 15 minutes’ drive from the metro station to the campus. |
B.By airport shuttle bus (2 hours and 30 minutes) |
Take a bus of Pudong-Hongqiao Hub Line, then follow the above route after arriving at Hongqiao. Take a bus of Hongqiao Hub Line 9 from the Hongqiao Bus Station to West Jiading Station, then take a taxi to Jiading Campus. (No. 453 Tacheng Road) or south gate (No.20 Chengzhong Road). It is about 15 minutes’ drive from the metro station to the campus. |
C.By taxi (About 1 hour and 20 minutes) |

From Hongqiao Airport to SHU Jiading Campus (SILC)
A.By bus (1 hour) |
Take a bus of Hongqiao Hub Line 9 from the Hongqiao Bus Station to the West Jiading Station, then take a taxi to Jiading Campus. (No. 453 Tacheng Road) or south gate (No.20 Chengzhong Road). It is about 15 minutes’ drive from the metro station to the campus. |
B.By taxi ( 50 minutes) |
