On August 20-21, 2019, Prof. Sara Denize, associate dean of UTS Business School and Dr. Fiona Sanders, manager of teaching and learning of UTS Business School were invited to SILC for a two-day symposium. Prof. Kangjuan Lyu and more than 30 faculty and professional staff attended the symposium. Associate prof. Xiaohan Hu hosted the symposium.

A/prof. Hu first introduced our AOL basic system and the progress of our preparation work for AACSB. Prof. Sara Denize and Dr. Fiona Sanders have rich experience in AOL. During two-day session, they offered many insightful advice on preparation for AACSB PRT visit.

The symposium on 20th was mainly about the course design, student training program and teacher workload distribution. After listening to the reports of each department, Prof. Sara gave comments and asked some key questions. As for the problems that teachers have been doing but haven't summarized, Prof. Sara and Dr. Fiona put forward very practical suggestions to us based on their experience. The symposium on 21st was attended by two professional offices: Student Affairs office and Academic Office. Prof. Sara mainly asked questions about the students from AACSB perspective. In the afternoon, Prof. Sara and Dr. Fiona visited the student affairs office and classrooms. They suggested us to write a summary of docements in each folder so that PRT officers can read them and understand what we have done quickly.

Prof. Kangjuan Lyu made a conclusion. She appreciated the sincere efforts of both of Prof. Sara Denize and Dr. Fiona Sanders. Through such an interview, we realized our strengths and shortcomings in preparing for the on-site visit. We will had the opportunity to supplement and modify some materials.
